The BBA is all about encouraging and supporting honey bee conservation!  We feel there is no better way to do that than by encouraging the youth of our communities to learn beekeeping.  The BBA Youth Education Scholarship is for anyone under 18 years of age who is interested in beekeeping.  We would like to support parents with young, future beekeepers, as well as, local leaders associated with educational entities and clubs serving our communities. This scholarship provides half price Beginner Beekeeping classes for all students, 18 years of age and under, with a full price paid adult enrollment.  If your son or daughter, 4-H Club, Scout pack, or youth group would like to learn about beekeeping, please consider contacting us and enrolling into the BBA Youth Education Scholarship Program.

 

**Recommended minimum age is 12 years, but will be at the discretion of the parent/leader and the BBA board.
