Location: Zion Lutheran Church, 218 E Crawford, Deer Park, WA 99006

Class Dates:  March 15 & 22, 2025, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm (this is a two-day class).

In this class, we cover all the theory a beginner beekeeper may need to get started in the first year of beekeeping, and successful completion will result in WASBA Beginning Beekeeper Certification.

After the class, students will have access to several optional hands-on field days through the beekeeping season. These Field Days will be rescheduled or canceled in case of bad weather.

For those who are not yet members of Backyard Beekeepers Association, a free membership will be provided when signing up for the class. Note that previous memberships are not refundable. A free Washington State Beekeepers Association (WASBA) membership is provided as well with the successful completion of the class.
