Monthly Meeting Time:

Monthly meetings occur on the third Thursday of every month – January to October. Doors open at 6 pm for socializing and our education segment begins at 6:30 pm.  Every quarter, after the education portion of our meeting, we host a business meeting for members who are interested in promoting beekeeping within our Association and keep the lights on!  We hope you will join us.

Meeting Location:

Lower level of the Deer Park City Hall located at 316 E Crawford, Deer Park, WA 99006.

Join us Thursday, February 15th!  We will be focusing on “Regional Beekeeping Resources, Mentoring, Construction of Woodenware, & Emergency Feeding”

Monthly Focus: Observation/Feeding/Hive Setup

Doors open at the Deer Park Senior Center at 6pm and education begins at 6:30pm. Our short monthly review will focus on hive observation, emergency feeding, and Spring hive set-up for newer beekeepers.  For our main education portion, we will be discussing reliable regional beekeeping resources, mentoring, and construction of woodenware.

The BBA Youth Education Scholarship Program

The BBA is all about encouraging and supporting honey bee conservation!  We feel there is no better way to do that than by encouraging the youth of our communities to learn beekeeping.  The BBA Youth Education Scholarship is for anyone under 18 years of age who is interested in beekeeping.  Click here to learn more!
